Single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump

It is a single stage double suction centrifugal pump from the impellers on both sides of the water, because the pump cover and pump body is assembled with horizontal joints, also known as horizontal open centrifugal pump. Compared with single stage single suction centrifugal pump, high efficiency, large flow, high head. But the bulk, relatively bulky, generally used for fixed operations. It is applicable to the irrigated area with medium area of hills and plateaus, as well as factories, mines, urban water supply and drainage.

Single stage double suction centrifugal pump S type, Sh type, SA type, SLA type several models, S type and Sh type difference is, from the driving end, S type pump for clockwise rotation, Sh type for counterclockwise rotation. SLA type is vertical single stage double suction centrifugal pump.

S pump performance range flow 160~18000 cubic meters/hour, head 12~125 meters, inlet diameter 150~1400 mm, speed 2950, 1450, 970, 730, 585, 485, 360 RPM.

(1) type D pump performance range flow rate 6.3~720 cubic meters/hour, head 16~600 meters, inlet diameter :50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200 mm, 50~125 mm pump for high speed 2950 RPM, 150~200 mm pump speed is 1480 RPM.

(2) type D multi-stage centrifugal pump is horizontal multi-stage (2-12 stages), the impeller is single suction, the pump body is segmented. When the first impeller is double suction, it is denoted by DS; when two speeds are stipulated at the same time, the low speed is denoted by DA; the multi-stage centrifugal pump used for boiler water supply is denoted by DG.
